Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent leakage of electromagnetic waves and secure anti-corrosive charactor as well as good cooking ability by utilizing aluminized steel plates, coated with self-cleaning type layer, for inner walls of a chamber for an oven.
CONSTITUTION: Aluminized steel plates of 0.4W0.6mm thickness are utilized as basic materials for an electronic range oven and a self-cleaning type coating layer is printed thereon at a temperature of 500W620°C, for example. In this case, one side of the steel plates is applied with enamel processing and low-temperature amalgamating annealing process is applied to the aluminized plates. In case the aluminized steel plates are used as above-described, anti-corrosive and heat-reflecting charactors as well as demagnetizing charactor of the surfaces thereof may be improved, also, enamel processing for one side may be effected for inner walls of a chamber, further, welding with wave guides may be well effected.
