Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve reclaiming efficiency by mixing a part of discharged gas from a reclaiming tower in a flow layer boiler with air for reclaiming and keeping the flow of a reclaiming flow layer at a constant condition even when the induced amount of the air for reclaiming is reduced in accordance with a reclaimed amount of desulfurizing agent. CONSTITUTION:Flow energy is given to a flow layer in a body 1 therefor by air 5 for combustion supplied from the lower portion of the layer, while lime and a desulfurizing agent are supplied through a feed tube 4, and thus, combustion and desulfurization are effected. Steam generated in heat-conducting tubes 3 is sent into a drum 2 while desulfurized combustion gas and flying particles therein are sent to a dust collector 14 through a cyclon 13, in which dusts are caught and the gas is discharged as exhaust gas 15. Reacted desulfurizing agent 7 from the boiler body 1 and the particles collected by the cyclon 13 are induced into a flow layer in a reclaiming tower 9, and air 6 for the reclaiming is flown into the tower 9 through a lower portion of the reclaiming flow layer with a part of discharged reduction gas 12 from the reclaiming tower through a dust collecting cyclon 11.
