Abstract
PURPOSE:To suit two FETs, constituting a differential couple, to be IC-implemented with the number of terminals reduced, by fixing output direct-current potentials by making source and drain currents different when pinch-off voltages are equal each other with zero gate voltage. CONSTITUTION:To the gate of input-side FETT3 constituting a differential couple together with FETT4, an input signal is applied from input signal supply 301 and the direct-current potential of this input signal is equalized to that of negative voltage supply terminal 304. Then, FETs T3 and T4 are made into a differential couple with source and drain currents different each other when pinch-off voltages are equal while gate voltages are zero, so that the output direct-current potential can be determined without using any capacitor. Consequently, the both can be suited to be IC-implemented by reducing terminals in number.
