Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the subject device wherein the agitation and the formation of air bubbles of a cleaning liquid are carried out by injection thereof, the air bubbles are caused to adhere to the fluid medium and to float up to increase the time of retention thereof in the tank, the fluid medium from which original heavy oil has been removed is precipitated and recovered as a reproduced fluid medium. CONSTITUTION:The fluid medium is supplied to an agitation cleaning tank 4 from a fluid layer 3 within a fluid tank 1 via an overflow pipe 2. Here, a driving shaft 10 penetrating through the tank 4 and driven by a motor M is provided, and a plurality of extending arms 10a are provided radially in a plurality of stages from said driving shaft 10. To respective ends of the extending arms 10a there are fitted agitation vanes 8u, 8n and 8l, and further a plurality of blowing and crushing arms 11 are provided radially in the vicinity of the bottom part of the tank 4. Furthermore, a plurality of cleaning liquid injection nozzles 5 are provided at the bottom part of the tank 4, and further there are attached thereto an air chamber 13 formed by the bottom plate and a porous plate 12, an air bubble forming device consisting of an air supply pipe 16, and an overflow pipe 16, and an overflow pipe 9 collecting floating minute matters in the cleaning liquid and overflowing air bubbles which have risen.
