Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize the miniaturization of the device by constituting the current supply circuit of the telephone exchange with all semiconductor parts and then providing the equivalent function and performance to the circuit formed by the relay, the transformer and others to the current supply circuit. CONSTITUTION:Current amplifiers 4 and 4' for current supply in which the Darlington connection is given between transistors Q1/Q2 and Q'1/Q'2 are installed between input current circuit 7 and output voltage detector 6, and furthermore driving current amplifiers 5 and 5' consisting of TrQ3 and Q'3, diode D2 and resistance R7 is provided. Then Zener diode D2 is connected between TrQ3 and Q'3 of amplifiers 5 and 5' via diodes D3 and D4 plus resistances R7 and R5 each, and furthermore power source E1 is connected via resistance R7. At the same time, resistance R3 connected in series to the parallel circuit of resistance R4 and capacitor C1 is installed to detector 6, and the impedance of power source E1 to be connected between the input terminals of amplifiers 5 and 5' is selected through combinations. And the feedback amount due to R3 of detector 6 is selected to extend the working range of amplifiers 4 and 4'.
