PURPOSE:To provide a device for highly precise and free control of flow direction by driving a fluid flow direction controller by a servo-mechanism consisting of a servo-amplifier, motor, and potentiometer and making a position signal generator adjustable from outside. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a motor 13 is decelerated by a decelerating unit 15, and the final output shaft is directly connected both with the shaft 11 of a vane 10 and with a potentiometer 14. Therefore, the angular position of the vane 10 is detected as the electrical signal of the potentiometer 14, the position signal is compared with a command signal generated by a position signal generator 17, and the difference between the signals is amplified by a serve-amplifier 16 before used for the rotation of the motor 13. By this constitution, the angle of the vane 10 is corrected and the flow direction can be controlled freely and with high precision.
