Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A rotary control valve is constituted of a valve rotor 20 and a valve sleeve 21 inserted rotatably onto the outer periphery of the valve rotor 20, and the valve rotor 21 is constituted of a material different from a worm shaft 10, and the shaft end collar part of the worm shaft 10 is formed into the inner lace 23 of a ball bearing 22. The end part of the valve sleeve 21 is inserted in the inner diameter of the inner lace 23. The worm shaft 10 and the valve sleeve 21 are connected by a pin 24 in the radial direction.
