Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the entry of resins to piston and cylinder clearances and improve nozzle durability by providing an auxilary piston to a nozzle for molding of plastics and letting the resin containing glass fiber stagnate there.
CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary piston 2 is disposed in an auxiliary cylinder 3 in association to a needle valve 1. The lubricating oil 10 in a tank 8 becomes hydraulic pressure by way of compressed air 11 and when it reaches the respective clearance parts through the oil hole 12 of a main piston 4, the balance of the resin pressure around the needle valve 1 and the hydraulic pressure is maintained, then the glass fiber containing resin in the clearance between the auxiliary piston 2 and auxliary cylinder 3 assumes a stagnating state even if the piston 4 is reciprocating, thus it does not affect the periphery of the main piston 4. Namely, if the hydraulic pressure is suitably set, the entry of the glass fiber containing resin into the periphery of the main piston with the peripheral part of the mushroom valve 13 as a boundary is obviated and the needle valve nozzle of less abrasion is provided.
