CONSTITUTION:The inside circumferential surface of he inside pipe of the double pipe tuyere t consisting of an inside pipe 1 having a path 4 in which refining O2 gas and lime power are flowed and a path 5 (between the inside pipe 1 and outside pipe 2) where cooling gas is flowed is compositively plated by the following, whereby a lining layer 6 is formed. Namely, inorganic abrasion resistant fine powder such as SiC fine powder is compositively plated together with one or more kinds of Ni, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe etc. According to this method, the lining layer 6 of the inside circumferential surface of the inside pipe may be made thinner in thickenss, the improvement in cooling efficiency becomes possible.
