Abstract

PURPOSE: To imcrease the piezo-electric effect of this material, to improve its flexibility and to easily molding work it to a film, by changing inorganic ferroelectric substance impalpable powder surfaces of BaTiO3, etc. into capsules by coating the surface with polymer latex, by sufficiently kneading the capsules, by extension molding them and by polyarizaton treating them.
CONSTITUTION: The inorganic ferroelectric substance impalpable powder surfaces of BaTiO3, titanium lead zircnatie, etc. are turned into capsules by covering the surfaces with polymer latex, such as an acrylnitrilbutadiene copolymer, a styrenebutadiene copolymer, etc. The inorganic ferroelectric substance impalpable powder converted into capsules is sufficiently kneaded, uniformly dispersed, extension molded and polarization treated. Thus, its piezo-electric effect can be augmented, its flexibility can be bettered and it can easily be molding worked to a film.
