CONSTITUTION: When pulses A1 are emitted, the output L of a comparator 8 puts out L0 signals, L1, the output HH of an AND is changed into L0 when the pulse A1 are issued, the data are latched to a latch 11 functioning as a data memory by chock pulses C11 and the L0 is memorized as HH'. When pulses B1 are put out from a pulse generator 16 at the next timing, the output L of the comparator 8 is turned into Hi. The Hi is similarly memorized as HL'. When the signals HH' are the Hi, the output Hi of a NOR 14 is converted into "Hi" because the output of an inverter 13 is changed into L0 and the signals HL' are the L0, the "Hi" is latched to a latch 15 by clock pulses C33 and reactive components are memorized.
