Abstract

PURPOSE: To shorten the time for which gases flow from a gas outlet to a gas analyzing unit by directly connecting a dust collector to the gas outlet and by providing a suction pump thereby to sufficiently raise the discharge pressure.
CONSTITUTION: The hot gases flowing through a gas passage 11 are sucked from a gas outlet 1 by a suction pump 3 so that they pass at a preset flow speed through a dust collector 2. During this passage, dusts and mist are removed by a layer 2b, and the gas temperature is lowered until the gases reach the suction pump 3. Then, the gases, which are boosted to a high pressure by the pump 3, are adjusted by valves 9 and 10, and a little dusts and mists are eliminated by a filter 4. Then, the gases are adjusted to the most suitable temperature for the gas analyzer until they are guided into a gas analyzing unit 6.
