Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain an additive for raising fishes, capable of growing healthy fishes with odorless meat, without causing the fatty liver, by incorporating lipase, protease, and nutritive substances into a feed.
CONSTITUTION: An enzyme, e.g. lipase M-AP10, hydrolyzing fats and oils of a raw feed for raising fishes, e.g. young yellowtails or sea breams, or an enzyme, e.g. protease amano P, and other nutritive substances, e.g. bile powder, vitamins, iron and calcium salts, are incorporated into a feed for raising fishes.
