Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the title stabilizer having high hydrolysis resistance and potential to prevent oxidative degradation, which comprises an organic phosphorous ester and a matallic soap such as from Mg soluble to said phosphorous ester by itself or compatible with the ester in the presence of a solvent.
CONSTITUTION: The objective stabilizer comprising (A) 95W99.9wt% of an organic phosphorous ester and (B) 0.1W5wt% of a metallic soap soluble to the component (A) by itself or compatible with said component in the presence of one or more solvents selected from monohydric alcohols, polyhydric alcohols, hydrocarbons of boiling points ≥100°C and alkylphenols.
