Abstract

PURPOSE: An unsaturated polyester resin composition that contains an unsaturated polyester, maleinized 1, 2-polybutadiene and/or its copolymer, thus having improved puncing property and being suitably used for electrical laminate.
CONSTITUTION: To (A) an unsaturated polyester resin are added (B) a maleinized polybutadiene and/or its copolymer to give said resin composition, where (A) is a resin having molecular structure of the formula as the unsaturated polyester chain and (B) has 1W30wt% maleic anhydride addition rate and 500W5000 molecular weight and the weight ratio of B/A is 0.5W20, preferably 2W15.
