Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide th title composition which imparts a substrate with non- stickiness, water-repellency, abrasion resistance and slippery, composed of a mixture or a reaction product of a polyorgranosiloxane with a silane or a siloxane, and a catalyst constaining an alkyltin compound.
CONSTITUTION: A composition composed of (A) a hardenable composition obtained by mixing or reacting (a) a polyorganosiloxane of formula (R1 is H or univalent hydrocarbon; at least two of the R1 in a molecule is substituted by epoxy-containing group; a is 1W3; n is 10W5000) with (b) a silane and/or a siloxane having an alkoxy group bonded to Si atom through one or more carbon atoms, wherein the number of the amino groups in (b) is 0.1W10 per one epoxy-containing group in (a), and (B) a catelyst selected from an alkyl titanate, a partially condensed alkyl titanate, and a reaction product of the alkyl titanate, etc. with an alkyl-tin fatty acid salt.
