Abstract

Further, at comparatively soft portions b of the soft ground A the speed of the plant ship 2 is decreased, and the quantity of the hardening agent to be charged per unit soft ground is increased, thus any of soft and hard grounds undergoes a hardening treatment to a uniform hardness.
