Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify production process, assembly process and strengthen heat accumulating efficiency by sealing the ends of a transparent outer pipe, forming a vacuum in the pipe and fixing heat absorbing stuff and a heat accumulating pipe by thermal conductively.
CONSTITUTION: The solar heat accumulator 6 is composed of a transparent pressure tight outer pipe 7 of glass, transparent synthetic resin or those composite materials, end plates 9 with a heat accumulating pipe 8 penetrated into the transparent outer pipe forming a vacuum by sealing both ends of this transparent outer pipe 7 and an acicular or filament-like metallic heat absorbing stuff 10 bonded with the end plates 9 and a copper heat accumulating pipe 8. The surfaces of both the heat absorbing stuff 10 and the heat accumulating pipe 8 are coated with a metal film 14 and bonded by means of heat conduction through this metallic film 14. The metallic film 14 is coated with the heat pipe 8 through piercing holes 11 bored on the base surface of the heat absorbing stuff and the heat conductive area of the heat absorbing stuff and the heat accumulating pipe increases.
