Abstract

PURPOSE: To stabilize a reference voltage by eliminating temperature dependency of MOSFET constituting a reference voltage circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Comparator 16, supplied with reference voltage Vst of a reference voltage circuit and drain voltage V01 of FET 7 forming one of three circuit groups formed of MOSFETs, generates a comparison output as a gate common input to FETs of series-connected circuit groups of resistor 10∼15 formed of FETs 7∼9 and FETs and between the outputs of FETs 7 and 10 and the gate input, a negative feedback loop is formed through comparator 16, so that the circuit-group gate common input will be equalized to voltage Vst for stabilization. Reference voltage Vst determined by a resistor ratio of resistor 1,2 of the reference voltage circuit has no temperature dependency because of no temperature dependency of the ratio as far as resistors are of the same kind, and reference voltage V01 of the circuit group become equal to Vst, so that temperature dependency can be eliminated.
