Abstract

PURPOSE: To limit the lowering of the plant efficiency to a temporary phenomenon and thus to ensure an alomost ideal control for the plant by making the product gas concentration follow the target value with no time delay.
CONSTITUTION: In the method to control the concentrated product gas density for the concentrated plant, operation valve 11 is operated via adjustment meter 9 so that the material gas supply amount of the plant which is detected by flow detector 10 may be identical to the gas supply amount set by electronic computer 1. At the same time, operation valve 5 is operated so that the circulating flow amount of the product gas detected by flow detector 4 may be identical to the amount set by computer 1. Furthermore, operation valve 8 is operated so that the circulating amount of the waste material gas detected by flow detector 8 may be identical to the amount set by computer 1. Then the information for the period during which the product gas concentration reches the target value is corrected periodically based on the product gas concentration data given to computer 1 from gas concentration detector 2 and by controlling the supply amount of the material gas.
