Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to attain excellent fine-boring work to the internal diameter of a small end part in accordance with the kind of a conrod, by making it possible to move and adjust freely the upper clamping member of the conrod laterally against its lower clamping member.
CONSTITUTION: Jig table 1 is divided into upper half part 1a with upper clamping member 2 and lower half parts 1b with lower clamping part 3. A couple of convex rails 9 on the reverse of upper half part 1a are set in concave rails 10 on the top of lower half part 1b to make the upper half part slide laterally. Normally, upper clamping member 2 is positioned nearly right above lower clamping member 3 to match conrod (a) of short inter-axis distance.
