Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the loss of power consumption by connecting respective frequency dividing circuits, which are driven by low and high voltages, through a level adjustor.
CONSTITUTION: A time measuring frequency divider 1 of low power is driven by a low voltage, and a frequency divider 2 for liquid crystal display for further dividing the divided output of the divider 1 is driven by a high voltage which has passed through a booster circuit 3. Since these frequency dividers 1 and 2 are connected with a level adjustor 4, the divided output of the divider 1 is further divided without any trouble by the divider 2 of the high voltage drive so that only the desired unit is driven at the high voltage thereby to reduce the power consumption.
