Abstract
PURPOSE: To save manpower for sintering work and improve its working efficiency by orderly and densely arraying green compact moldings on a sintering plate with a conveying belt, delivery arm, relay table and reciprocating mechanism by a vacuum suction method.
CONSTITUTION: The green compact A molded with a powder compression molding machine 1 is taken out from a rotary disc 2 through vacuum suction in the transfer disc 10 of a take-out device 9. Next, it is supplied onto a conveying belt 18 and is sucked to a delivery arm 20 at the terminal part, by which it is transferred onto the table 35 of a relay rable 28. The green compact A is adjusted of its position so as to assume a specified posture by the relay table 28. Next, a reciprocating mechansim 29 operates and its suction head 53 makes one reciprocation, causing the green compact A to be supplied onto a firing plate 55. In this way, the green compacts A are automatically arrayed and placed densely at the specified pitch on the firing plate 55. Hence, the manpower for the firing work of the green compacts A is saved and the efficiency improved.
