Abstract
PURPOSE:To avoid the variation of the characteristics as well as occurrence of the disconnection or the like by applying the pressure from the inside of the coil bobbin due to the heat expansion of the heating tool used for manufacture of the voice coil and thus increasing the adhesive force between the coil bobbin and the winding. CONSTITUTION:The heating tool used for manufacture of the voice coil is made of cylindrical metal pipe 7 of the metal like aluminum or the like and resin pipe featuring a large heat expansion coefficient and formed at the outer circumference of pipe 7. Hooking flange 6 is provided at one end of pipe 7, and play slit 9 is formed in the axial direction at part of the circumference of pipe 10 along with positioning flange 8 formed at one end. Then coil bobbin 4 containing winding 3 is fitted to tool 5 featuring such constitution as mentioned above, thus performing the positioning via flage 8. After this tool 5 is heated close to the prescribed temperature to expand pipe 10 by the heat, thus applying the pressure from the inside of bobbin 4. As a result, the adhesive force can be increased between bobbin 4 and winding 3, thus avoiding the characteristic variation and the occurrence of the disconnection and the like.
