Abstract
PURPOSE: To manufacture the title adhesive sheet having pressure-sensitive adhesivity essentially at both surfaces, and useful as a bonding tape of cuffs on trousers, or bonding of emblems, labels, etc. by impregnating a pressure-sensitive adhesive sporadically in a reticular heat-sensitive adhesive sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive 3 is impregnated sporadically in a heat-sensitive adhesive sheet 2 having reticular or non-woven structure, and a double-coated release paper 4 is laminated to one side of the sheet 2. A sheet having pressure-sensitive adhesivity at both surfaces can be prepared by simply applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive to one side of the substrate sheet. In the case of using the sheet for bonding the cuffs on trousers, the sheet 1 is pressed to one of the parts to be bonded, the release paper 4 is peeled off from the sheet, and the other part to be bonded is pressed to the sheet 1 to complete the temporary bonding. By this treatment, the move of the bonded parts before or during the hot-pressing, etc. can be prevented. Since the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is of reticular structure, the bonded product has a soft touch and an excellent permeability.
