Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the subject unit of a laminate structure of a corrugated plate shaped heat insulating plate by utilizing the heat insulating characteristic and high strength of FRP thereby to improve the heat insulation capacity of the FRP by an extremely narrow space. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating material 17 formed by laminating corrugated plates 17a and spacers 16 made of reinforced plastics are inserted between two keep layers 15 and 18 thereby to form a heat insulating block 19. A pair of the blocks 19 are placed on the upper and lower parts of a support plate 3a provided in an inner tank 3, and heat insulated bolts 20 are passed therethrough thereby to fix the blocks 19 on the fixing part 21 provided in an outer tank 4 together with the support plate 3a of the inner tank. Here, the method of laminating the spacers 16 and corrugated plates 17a comprises laminating the spacers 16 by alternately deviating their positions at half pitches. By this procedure, heat infiltrated from the outer tank 4 is transferred at a long distance in zigzag manner along the laminated corrugated plates and spacers and reach the inner tank 3. Therefore, high heat insulation effects are extremely increased coupled with low heat transmission property of FRP.
