Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a synthetic resin lining tube with a synthetic resin tube and an outer tube adhering closely by inserting the synthetic resin tube having its diameter shrinked at ultralow temperature in the outer tube with such inner diameter as is larger than the outer diameter of said resin tube but smaller than its outer diameter at the time of normal temperature and then restoring it to normal temperature. CONSTITUTION:An ultralow temperature refrigerant 8 is jetted into a synthetic resin tube cooling box 6 from an ultralow temperature refrigerant tank 3 by a pump 4 through a shower 7 by way of a piping 5, and the travelling synthetic resin tube 1 is cooled down to have its diameter shrinked. The synthetic resin tube 1 coming out of the cooling box 6 is inserted in an outer tube 2, allowed to stand in normal temperature to have its diameter expanded and thus left to close lining in the outer tube 2. Then, the tube end is cut to make a synthetic resin lining tube 11. To improve adhesion between the synthetic resin tube 1 and the outer tube 2, it is preferable to apply an adhesive 9 with spray 10 to the surface of the synthetic resin tube 1 having come out of the cooling box 6.
