Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent thickness deviation from coming on the same spot by rotating repeatedly a roller unit flattening and carring a tubular film delivered continuously according to inflation process horizontally and slowly within constant angles.
CONSTITUTION: A tubular film P is extruded upwardly. A cooling annulus 4 provided with an air inlet port on the outer periphery which cools down the outer periphery of the tubular film P is arranged oppositely to and over a die head 2, and the tubular film penetrates the inner perihery of the cooling annulus 4. A turntable 9 provided with a center hole 8 through which the tubular film P passes is arranged so as to rotate integrally with a guide plate 5. The turntable 9 is arranged to turn continuously in one direction, and on the top of the turntable 9 is provided a roller unit 20 which presses to hold the tubular film P at its intermediate portion and flattens it at the same time to carry.
