Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a shock absorbing material effective in buffer action easily without using extra dies by injecting polyurethane foam material into a cavity through an air blast port after blow molding of a hollow casing provided with a product fitting part.
CONSTITUTION: After forming a hollow casing 2 provided with a product fitting part 11 through blow molding, the casing 2 is taken out of molds 4a, 4b and hardened, urethane resin is injected through an air blast port to foaming of the resin internally, and a cavity 21 is filled with polyurethane foam material. A shock absrobing material effective in buffer action is thus obtainable easily.
