Abstract
PURPOSE: An inside-pipe paint adhesion preventer of the system in which an air nozzle directed toward inside of pipe is provided at the end of a pipe and when a spray gun for outside-pipe spraying coat comes near the one end of the pipe, pressurized air from the opening at the other end is blown into the pipe.
CONSTITUTION: When the spray gun 8 begins to move to the left side while jetting paint from the right end A, the electromagnetic valve 17b is opened and pressurized air from the air nozzle 14b is blown into the pipe c to expel paint ready to go into the pipe toward the outside. When the spray gun 8 reaches the right end upright position B of the pipe c, a limit switch is operated to stop the injection, and when the spray gun 8 reaches the left end upright position C of the pipe c, pressurized air from the air nozzle 14a is blown into the pipe. When the spray gun 8 sufficiently separates from the end of the pipe c, the injection of pressurized air is stopped. Also, even when the spray gun 8 runs to the right side, the same operation is repeated and the outside coating of the pipe c is completed.
