Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a concave and convex pattern plate which has an accurate concave and convex pattern and is useful for a packaging material by giving the concave and convex pattern with a pressing die to at least one face of a thermosetting resin foamed plate which has already been foamed. The coating layer 3 can also be formed by applying and hardening the slurry of water hardened material such as plaster, cement, etc., on the resin surface. The concave and convex pattern is usually given by cold forming, but in the case of the thermoplastic coating layer, the concave and convex pattern may be given after preheating or in the heated state.
