Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide an adhesive composition having excellent adhesivity, blocking resistance, flexibility, and solvent resistance, composed of a linear saturated polyester resin, an epoxy resin, a polyisocyanate compound, and a phosphoric acid ester.
CONSTITUTION: A composition composed of (A) 100 parts by weight of a linear saturated polyester resin having a molecular weight of 10000W50000 and a hydroxyl equivalent of 5000W30000, (B) 5W50 parts of an epoxy resin having a molecular weight of 300W3000, a hydroxyl equivalent of 150W1000 and containing two or more hydroxyl groups in a molecule, (C) an isocyanate compound having a molecular weight of 200W1000, (D) 0.05W10 parts of a phosphoric acid ester such as orthophosphoric acid triester, and if necessary, (E) 0.5W20 parts of a flame retardant such as phosphoric acid esters, halogenated aliphatic compounds, etc. The equivalent ratio of the OH group in (D) to the OH group in (A)+(B) is 1:1W5:1.
