Abstract

PURPOSE: To ensure an accurate reception of the data information at the reception side for the device which transmits and receives the key input in the wireless method, by inserting the redundant code of two bits between the bits of the key input information.
CONSTITUTION: The redundant code of two bits of 10 or 01 is inserted into the bits of the input information of keyboard KU at transmission part 1. At the same time, start signal SS of a longer period than one-bit period of the input information plus end signal ES are added before and after the key input data in order to modulate carrier fC such as the infrared rays and the like from light emission part LS. Carrier fC is modulated by the signals f1 and f2 corresponding to 1 and 0 of the key input information and then transmitted. The infrared rays emitted from the transmission part are received at reception part 2 and by sensor LR, and the information given from keyboard KU is displayed on the TV picture receiver. Thus an accurate data reception is possible through detection of the redundant code between the data bits even though some timing shift may exist between the one-bit transmission time of the transmission side and the data detection of the reception side.
