Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the quantity of water in both cold/hot water load lines from fluctuating at the time of changing pipes by restoring temperatures of the water in a main heat exchange line and a recovery heat exchange line to temperatures at the time of sealing and then connecting each to the cold/hot water load lines.
CONSTITUTION: A main heat exchange line 2 is linked to a main heat exchanger H and a recovery heat exchange line 3 to a recovery heat exchanger R, and both ends of the lines 2, 3 are connected to two four-directional control valves V1, V2. Both ends of hot water and cold water load lines 5, 4 are also connected to the valves V1, V2. For air-cooling operation in summertime, the lines 2, 4 are connected to the lines 3, 5 respectively; for heating operation in wintertime, the lines 2, 5 are connected to the lines 3, 4 respectively. In this case, by-pass lines 21, 31 are arranged for the lines 2, 3 respectively and heat exchangers M1WM4 are then distributed to these lines, thereby returning temperatures of the water in the lines 2, 3 to temperatures prevailing at the time of sealing for changing the lines 2W5.
