Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify assembly and the structure of a casing and to reduce production cost by placing in a casing the valve case of a pressure regulator valve as well as a pipe communicated with a pressure tank and forming both the valve case and the pipe of synthetic resin.
CONSTITUTION: The valve case 9 of a pressure regulator valve 13 can easily be formed of synthetic resin, and a pipe 10 communicated with a pressure tank 1 is also formed of the same material. This facilitates the adhesion of the parts, simplifies the production, and reduces the production costs. The valve case 9 and the pipe 10 are placed only in a casing 2 and in the tank 1, respectively, which are subjected to high pressure. This results in that the valve case 9 and the pipe 10 can easily be made of sunthetic resin easy to form, without need of taking account of resistance to water pressure or the like which is needed for the casing 2 or the like exposed to the atmosphere. In addition, the valve case 9 and the pipe 10 are concentrically integrated with each other with their transverse sections roughly circular, and can be assembled easily.
