Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent surrounding of a collector device from being polluted, by filtering waste water polluted with wear-produced particles, which was collected by a receiving plate attached to the bottom of an armature, into clean water.
CONSTITUTION: A wire 4 is installed onto a rail beam 3 through an L-shape bracket 7. A frame 8 of a coach is provided with a collector unit 9 consisting of an arm 11 moving up and down through a pin 10, a pull-out spring 12 and a collector 6, etc. The bottom of the arm 11 is equipped with a receiving plate 13 for introduction of polluted water into a filter tank 16 through a water outlet 14 and a flexible hose 15. By doing so, it is possible for the water, which is polluted with wear-produced particles at the time of contacting the rail and the collector, to be cleaned by being filtered in a filter tank and discharged from the bottom of the tank, so that surrounding of the collector device can be prevented from being polluted.
