CONSTITUTION:Double-mode filters 9 and 10 plus the electrode are formed on piezoelectric substrate 8. Filters 9 and 10 are set parallel to each other via electrode 10, at the same time realizing the coupling capacity. The area near electrode 10 is coated by resin 13 featuring a large elasticity loss, and substrate 8, resin 13 and others are covered with porous resin 14.
