Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The transistor 7 receives pulse signals from the controller 9 and makes switching operation to permit the light emitting diode 1 to make intermittent lighting. The phototransistor 2, if received on light, has a collector with a high output level. The collector output enters the D output terminal of the D flip-flop. The clock input terminal of the D flip-flop 8 receives pulse signal inverted by the inverter 13. The D flip-flop 8 checks the input level of D input at the point the pulse signal leading edge is given, and detects the existence of coin.
