Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a burning or locked phenomenon from occurring on a motor by forming an oil hydraulic chamber between an end plate of turning scroll and a driving shaft and connecting the oil hydraulic chamber through to an eccentric port provided on the driving shaft.
CONSTITUTION: An oil hydraulic chamber 11 is formed between an end plate 2a of turning scroll 2 and a driving shaft 3, and the oil hydraulic chamber 11 is connected through to an eccentric port 12 provided on the driving shaft 3. From turning the driving shaft 3, a lubricating oil 17 on a housing bottom is pressurized by the centrifugal pumping effect, the high-pressure lubricating oil flows into the oil hydraulic chamber 11 by way of the eccentric port 12 and works as a thrust force axial to the turning scroll 2. Since the number of revolutions of the driving shaft 3 is zero instantaneously at starting of a compressor, the axial thrust force of the turning scroll 2 does not arise, a necessary torque is minimized at starting, and thus a burning or locked phenomenon is prevented from occurring on a motor.
