Abstract
PURPOSE: To attain effective utilization of a space and exclude a water supply operating means such as a pump and the like by providing a painting booth on an upper floor and a filter apparatus on a lower floor respectively.
CONSTITUTION: A painting booth A is equipped with a water spray nozzle 2 and the oversprayed paint is contained in water by a water screen formed by the nozzle and recovered. A storage tank B storing a paint dust washing water is provided at a lower portion of the painting booth A and a tank B and a filter apparatus C is connected through a duct 3. The paint dust washing water is separated into paint dregs and a circulating water by a screen 4 assembled in the filter apparatus C to separate solid and liquid. The filter apparatus C is connected to a circulating water tank D which is connected to a purifying tank E and the spray nozzle by a duct 7 respectively. The water of the water tank F is supplied to the filter apparatus C by the duct 7 and the duct 7 is branched and connected to a water supply duct provided at an upper and a lower portion of the screen 4.
