Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the title ink which can be easily erased when applied to a blackboard, etc., leaving powdery waste, by dissolving a paste of a resin and a pigment in a mixed solvent composed of a good solvent and a non-solvent of the resin each having different rate of evaporation.
CONSTITUTION: The objective ink composition is prepared by dissolving (A) a paste of (a) a resin such as acetyl cellulose and (b) a pigment such as cyanin-Blue NK (product of Dainippon Ink Kagaku Kogyo KK) in (B) a mixed solvent composed of (c) a good solvent of the resin having high rate of evaporation (e.g. acetone) and (d) a non-solvent of the resin having lower rate of evaporation (e.g. n- butanol).
