Abstract

PURPOSE:To control automatically the temp. in all part of a heating furnace at a target temp., by change-over of the output of plural temp. sensors installed in the heating furnace such as heat treating furnace so as to turn on or off the heating elements set in the furnace correspondingly to the detected temp. CONSTITUTION:Temp. sensors 3, 4, 5 installed respectively at an upper section, an intermediate section, and an under section of a heating furnace 1 is changed at the change-over contacts X1, X2, X3 of a selector unit 16 in turn periodically and the measured values are fed to a temp. regulator 6. When the inputted temp. is lower than the set temp., power control relays Z1, Z2, Z3 are operated at the time by the command from a power control circuit 17, turning the corresponding heating elements 10, 11, 12 to generate heat. When the inputted temp. of each sensor is higher than the set temp., the power control relayer Z1, Z2, Z3 are operated by the command from the power control circuit 17 to turn off the corresponding heating elements 10, 11, 12. The operations are conducted in turn by the sensors 3, 4, 5, heating all over the heating furnace to adjust the temp. in the furnace from the upper section to the under section to a target temp.
