Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A recess groove 6 peripherally continued is formed on the peripheral surface of an outer tube 1. A sleeve packer 7 made of flexible material in the recess groove 6 for expanding hydraulically is enclosed in the groove 6, and an inner tube 10 is spaced in the tube 1. The base side of the space is communicated with a packer fluid path P extended from the base side of the tube to thereby close the end side of the space so as to form a hole 14 communicating with the packer 7 and the space at the position for enclosing the sleeve packer of the outer tube 1.
