Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a fixed width by forming a partition in the intermediate of the cross-sectional direction of an elastic void rotational body, wherein a plurality of void sections are provided allowing to press-in the gas within the void section thereof.
CONSTITUTION: A void rotational body 1 provides the partition 11 for the intermediate of the cross-sectional direction thereof for defining the void section 12. A center hole 20 is perforated in the center shaft 2, the extenal mounted shaft 3 of the circumference thereof is being comprising the step 33 at the end of the flange 31 which is positioned corresponding to the partition 11.
