Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure the compression force of a pad and retain a pin by hooking with a pad pin by bending both ends of the disk circumferential direction of a cross pad clip where the end of the disk axial direction is overed with the friction pad.
CONSTITUTION: A cross shaped pad clip 18 defines in such a manner that the end 20 of the axial direction of the brake disk is grasping the friction pad, allowing the central flat surface compression section 19 to compress the end of the friction pad back plate. The folding section 22 is formed at the end of the inclined leg 21 extending to the brake disk circumferential direction of the pad clip 18. The folding section 22 is suspended by the cylinder body permitting to hook with the drum depression 25 of the pin 16 where the friction pad is covered. This enables to control the movement of the brake disk axial direction.
