Abstract

PURPOSE: To achieve the increase in returing-reflection performance by disposing a transparent material on the prism surface of a micro-prism soft retruning reflector and disposing an irregular reflector of white or silver ground on the other surface of said transparent material.
CONSTITUTION: A soft transparent vinyl sheet 2 of 0.3mm or less in thickness is superposed on top of a soft white ground vinyl sheet or silver ground vinyl sheet 1, and further a sheet 3 of red-colored micro-prism soft returning reflector is superposed thereon. Depending on cases, two sheets of the foregoing micro-prism reflector sheets 3 are superposedly disposed on the abovementioned white- or silver-ground vinyl sheet 1 and this is cut to a required shape, after which heat sealing 4 is applied to the outside circumferential edge part. In this case, the micro-prism faces of the sheet 3 are all faced to the sheet 1 side.
