Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide the shielded device which does not give any adverse influence to the formed images by shielding the final exit port for the imaging light provided to the shielding member with a transparent thin film.
CONSTITUTION: The final exit port 31 for imaging light is formed to the front face 33a of the protruding end part 33 which is provided in proximity to the photoreceptor of a hood 32 covering the entire part of the exposure device. A bracket 34 is made by bending one sheet of plate so as to cover the entire part of said protruding end part 33 and is mounted to the protruding end part 33 by screws or the like. It is provided with the opening 35 of nearly the same size as that of the opening 31 and is affixed with a transparent thin film 36. The thin film 36 enables the effect of shielding to be obtained with virtually no adverse influence upon the formed images.
