Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a vessel for vibrator which is stable electrically, mechanically and chemically and has a good humidity-proof property by forming the vessel for vibrator with a skeleton part formed by a self-supporting material and a resin film. CONSTITUTION:Lead wire 2 passes through the bottom plate part of skeleton 11 formed into a thickness of a limit where the self-supporting property can be held, and resin 13 is filled up in skeleton 11, and the lead support part is hardened to prevent air and humidity from invading this part. After vibrator 3 is fitted to the internal tip of lead wire 2 through elastic lead wire 4, cap 12 is covered on skeleton 11 from the upper part. After forming the whole of the vessel skeleton in this manner, resin layers 14 and 15 are formed on the outside circumference.
