Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify manufacturing process and to increase efficiency by supplying a cement board cured with high-temperature and high-pressure steam to a conveyer without drying treatment and then being coated plastic paint.
CONSTITUTION: A cement board is cured in an autoclave 1. Without drying the cured cement board, the cement board is transferred from a first belt conveyer 21 to a pre-heating furnace 3. While water is contained in the surface of the cement board, the cement board is fed to an electrostatic coating apparatus 4 where palstic powder paint is deposited on the surface of the cement board. The plastic-deposited cement board is fed to a drying surface 5 where the film of the deposited plastic paint is formed. By this process, the electrostatic coating of the cement board cured in the autoclave can be carried out without drying, so that the deposition of the plastic paint is increased by means of high dielectric constant.
