PURPOSE:To obtain an amplifier circuit which features the large input impedance and can be formed into an IC by applying the direct-coupled emitter follower in place of the bootstrap capacitor. CONSTITUTION:PNP transistor 12 is inserted into the base bias circuit of transistor 9 containing signal input and output terminals 1 and 11 respectively to obtain the function of the emitter follower formed by connecting the base to the emitter of transistor 9. As a result, the input impedance can be increased.
